We have been working with the Bristol & Bath Cultural Destinations Consortium for nearly two years in a mentoring capacity. In addition to providing ongoing support, we conducted a Digital Audit that considered how both the destinations and the cultural and tourism partners were performing online.
We have now developed a Digital Optimisation programme that addresses the key needs identified in the audit. Combining skill sharing and practical implementation, this programme will cover topics including web analytics, search engine optimisation, pay per click advertising, brand communications (social & email), relationship building, accessibility, on-site discovery, e-commerce, and conversion rate optimisation.
The programme will equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to deliver more effective digital campaigns and strategies, and to promote longer term skill sharing and development through collaboration.
